This Lemon Cream has an ice-cream like consistency and stores well for up to 2 months in the freezer.
I would love to make my own lemon curd but this one from Big Bear Farms is so good and so easy to get as well.
Fresh Strawberries are in season now, so this is the best time to try out this recipe.
